Although the routes are all well marked, if you get lost and you miss a checkpoint you will not be eligible for a top 10 position. GPX files are available to download below for additional self-navigation. GPS navigation with a sports watch or cellphone is highly recommended for 100km runners as there is much benefit in being able to confirm you are on course, especially on the 100km route where way markers are further apart.
